San Diego International Beer Festival

During the summer season, there’s plenty to keep you entertained while in sunny San Diego. From checking out the local beaches, hiking trails and stopping for dinner at some must try restaurants in san diego, there’s plenty for everyone. One upcoming exciting event is the San Diego International Beer Festival, which is back and better than ever before. This year, the San Diego International Beer Festival will take place from June 15th through the 17th. Get your tickets today.

Throughout the festival there will be five different sessions featuring hundreds of beers both locally brewed and those from across the seas. Some of the places breweries that will be featuring some of their craft brews at the festival include Alesmith, Seventh Son, Rip Current Brewing and Sudwerk Brewing Co. This year, there will also be a specially brewed beer from Mike Hess Brewing that was created specifically for the Beer Festival! The beer is Tangerine A-Fair, a tasty IPA with citrus, making for a classic hoppy summer beer. The beer is also inspired by this year’s SD County Fair’s theme of “How Sweet It Is”. There are also featured breweries this year and these breweries will have booth set up at the festival so you can come and talk to representatives about their beer. Some of these featured breweries include 10 Barrel Brewing Co., Ballast Point, Burning Bear Brewing Co., Firestone Walker, Latitude 33, Rough Draft Brewing Company, Turquoise Barn Cider and more.


Session 1 will take place on June 15th from 12pm-4pm, session 2 will take place June 15th from 5-9pm, session 3 will take place June 16th 11am-3pm, session 4 will take place on June 16th 4-8pm, and session 5 will take place on June 17th from 12-4pm.
