San Diego Restaurant Week
San Diego Restaurant Week is officially just around the corner. If you have been eyeing a new restaurant or have been looking for things to do in San Diego, now is the perfect time to do it! San Diego Restaurant Weeks has over one hundred and eighty restaurants participating in this one week event. Restaurant Week will be from September 20th through the 27th.
If you are new to Restaurant Week, here is what you need to know. Throughout restaurant week, visit a participating eatery and eat off a special prix-fixe menu that will offer some of the best and locally produced foods you can get in the area. Prix-fixe lunch menus will be $10, $15, or $20 per person. You can also choose from prix-fixe dinner menus for $20, $30, $40, or $50 per person. Dinner meals come with an appetizer, main course, and dessert. One great thing about this event is that you can choose from a wide variety of different cuisines. Whatever you are in the mood for, you will be able to find. Choose from American, Argentinian, Chinese, Greek, Italian, Mexican, Thai and much more. You can also decide where to eat depending on location. Thinking about trying out a new spot in Old Town? Simply check out which restaurants are participating in the area and make your decision from there. Looking for a good steak? Consider heading to Downtown San Diego and eating at Union Kitchen & Tap. For your main course choose from filet mignon or or 12oz New York Strip Steak. Seafood is also an option such as shrimp or yellowfin Tuna. Their prix-fixe dinner is only $30. Neighborhoods to choose from include Coronado, Downtown San Diego, East County, Uptown, La Jolla, Mission Bay, South Bay and more.
