First on the list is Balboa Park. Not only is Balboa Park already an excellent place to visit as it is home to the San Diego Zoo as well as a number of museums, it is also a beautiful park. Next on the list is Torrey Pines State Beach. This fantastic beach offers the best of both worlds. With large waves that crash upon rocks and secret cliffs, Point Loma provides the perfect opportunity to sit back and reflect on the grandeur of nature. You can even explore the tidepools that are in the rocky reefs.
